The short version: this app collects nothing. It doesn't send anything to a server because it doesn't have one. Everything you record stays on your device, in your device's storage, until you delete it.
Inviting You lets you record your own voice - affirmations, questions, self-talk - optionally layered with a tone and a background sound, and loop it for as long as you want to listen. That's the whole app.
Nothing. Inviting You has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no ad tracking, and no third-party SDKs. We don't know who you are, we don't know what you record, and we have no way to find out.
Every recording you make or import is stored locally on your device, using your device's own storage. Nothing you record is uploaded, backed up, or transmitted anywhere. If you delete the app, any recordings still in your library go with it, but if you've downloaded a recording to your phone separately, that copy stays on your device until you delete it yourself.
The app asks for microphone permission for one reason: so you can record your own voice. Audio is captured directly into the recording you're making and is never sent off your device.
There are none. The app doesn't talk to any external service. No analytics platform, no ad network, no cloud storage, and no payment processor. It works the same whether or not your device has an internet connection.
Inviting You isn't directed at children and isn't designed to collect information from anyone, of any age because it doesn't collect information at all.
If what the app does ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated to reflect it, with a new "last updated" date above.
